New Public Information Request

I just wanted everyone to know that the industry has stated they will be making a request for all of the names of the people who have donated to our legal fund. I appreciate those who have donated their hard earned money to our cause, but wanted everyone to know that the industry will likely at least know your names, of course unless you donated cash. Please rest assured that we will not give information such as account numbers etc, and we will seek the state attorney general's opinion on anything that is questionable. Thanks again.

  1. What are you saying companies do not have to admit to donations to political campaigns but if I want to give Dish money they want to know my name! I don't care they can have my address also but they won't be able to find my house because if the air don't get them a water truck will. What are they going to procecuted me? Pathetic

  2. scare tactics by the mayor. Guessing Industry mostly wants to see what enviro-wacko groups are behind it. Private citizens will be just fine.

Any entity's (company, person, etc) identity can be disclosed upon making any contribution to any campaign. That's how it works.

  4. So what? What's this supposed to do? Scare me?

My name is Sharon Wilson and I gave $50.00 to the DISH legal fund. Next month, I'll give another $50.00 or more if I can.

  5. I invite those who think DISH doesn't have a problem to live there. I'm also tempted to donate in the name of Erin Brockovich. Let them try to scare her!

  6. "enviro-wacko groups", like the group of 900 people, including business owners, lawyers, and Doctors from the 71% conservative Flower Mound? **Talk** to the people raising concerns, you'd be surprised how many moderates there are in there.
